What it does

When a parent or loved one needs care, the details end up scattered across group texts, sticky notes and whoever happened to be at the last appointment. My Caregiver Circle puts it all in one private place the whole family shares: what's coming up, who's handling it, which medicines are on the list, and what the hospital needs to know in an emergency. Everyone sees changes within about 30 seconds.

• Appointments with date, time, place and doctor, plus who's taking them
• One-tap check-in: "I'm OK" or "I need help" goes to the whole circle by email, with your location if you choose. No signal? It sends as soon as you're back online
• One-tap mood check-in, and "I need support now," which opens the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and lets your circle know
• The medicine list as written on the labels, so everyone has the same copy, with refill dates and a one-tap call to the pharmacy
• Shared to-dos with who's doing it and when it's due
• An emergency care card: allergies, doctors, insurance and emergency contacts, with the medicine list added automatically

Pricing

Free: one circle shared by 2 people, with appointments, medicines, to-dos and the care card. Premium raises it to up to 10 people per circle and up to 3 circles, and lets you print the care card, for $2.99/month, $19.99/year or $39.99 once. The organizer's Premium covers everyone in the circle.
