These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this site, including ScamShield, Encompass, and Integrity Records as presented and linked from here. 1. What CashCow Is

CashCow is a company platform showcasing and selling access to three products — ScamShield, Encompass, and Integrity Records — plus custom software development services. Each product may have its own additional terms specific to that product, which apply alongside these Terms when you use it.

2. Accounts & Payments

Access to the products listed on this site is offered through rent (monthly), lease (annual), or buy (one-time) plans, processed by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the applicable charge. We do not store your full payment card details — that's handled entirely by Stripe.

3. Intellectual Property

This site — including its source code, design, layout, branding, logos, product names, and written content — is the property of CashCow and its owner and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to browse and use the site as intended, no license or right is granted to you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on this site or any part of it, including its underlying code.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data, content, or pricing from this site
• Probe, scan, or test this site's vulnerability, or attempt to bypass any security, spam-prevention, or rate-limiting measures on its forms
• Copy or clone this site's design, code, or functionality to build a competing product or service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the newsletter or review forms, including impersonating another person
• Submit any content containing malicious code, scripts, or markup intended to run in another visitor's browser
• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
